Options and flexibility for you and your racers

Race directors pay as little as $0 for delivery services*

Pricing starts at $9.99 per packet containing your racers’ bibs. Race Shirts and/or Medals would incur additional costs per packet. Want to deliver other items? Contact us for a custom quote. As race director, we’ll send you the bill for the number of packets delivered. But you get to decide how to offer this service to your racers.

  • Option 1: Add the delivery option to your event’s sign up page and let participants choose (and pay for) the service when they register online.
  • Option 2: Offer shipping to all participants and price your event accordingly.
  • Option 3: Price delivery option higher than our rates and earn a little extra for your event!

About Us

We’re runners. We’re also busy! Which is why we appreciate the option to have our race packs mailed to us if we’re running on fumes. Pre-event pick-up parties can definitely be fun. But sometimes they just aren’t convenient. Traffic, bad weather, work schedules, and long lines can make bib pick up feel like a chore. We believe no one should have to decide on participating in a race because of pack pick-up logistics. Our mission is to give race directors a reliable and customizable solution to race pack delivery.

No. In fact, we don't even supply bibs. We're your workforce to pack and ship your own event gear to your racers. We DO supply pins, poly mailers, and shipping labels with our service.

Yes. RacerPack is not a timer nor are we affiliated with one. While some timers offer shipping, some don't and that's where RacerPack comes in.

Simply offer shipping as an option in your race registration forms. Where you use RunSignUp, Active, RaceReg or paper forms, offer shipping and we'll take care of it for you!

Some vendors and timers offer fulfillment services, but not all. We want you to have the option to work with the companies and people that make sense for your event, while offering the convenience of hassle-free packet delivery. Plus, our tracking system allows race organizers and participants to know the status of their packet shipment, giving added peace of mind.

RacerPack ships to all of the continental United States.

RacerPack sorts, packs and ships your packets. We also supply pins, poly mailers, shipping labels as part of the service.

RacerPack requests to have all bibs, shirts and/or medals 21 days before race day. That ensures timely processing and shipment to your racers. While we keep a tight operation, the carrier (e.g. USPS) might not be able to deliver before race day. In that event we would request you to issue and assign a new bib on race day. We would of course not invoice you for that participant and assume you would reimburse them.
