How It Works
RacerPack is here to make it easier for you to send race packets to your racers. Below outlines the step by step process on what to expect when using RacerPack.
Steps
1. Sign Up for a free RacerPack.com account.
2. Add your race by entering the Race Name, Date, Location, Size, etc.
3. When ready checkout and submit a deposit for your race. Shipping prices will be provided during checkout.
4. You will be provided a Due Date to send the race packets and racer data to RacerPack.
5. You must enable shipping for your race registration. RacerPack shipping prices will be provided to you during the checkout process above.
6. You must send both to RacerPack no later than the Due Date.
7. Once RacerPack receives both race packets and racer data, they will be reviewed to ensure fulfillment can begin.
8. Once confirmed fulfillment begins at RacerPack and packets will be sent to your racers.
9. Once all packets have been sent RacerPack will inform you that fulfillment has been completed.
10. An invoice will be generated and sent to you.
11. You have up to 30 days from the race date to pay the balance in full.
All communications will be sent via email and you can check the status of your order by logging into your account. You can also view a history of your race fulfillment in your account.
